KS Fire & Safety Engineering Sdn Bhd was established in 1995 with headquarters in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The company serves the local building and engineering industry as a fire protection specialist, with expanded capabilities in CCTV, card access and raised floor solutions.

What "non-compromise" actually means
On equipment selection, we specify to the actual hazard, not to the lowest line-item cost. On installation, we follow the manufacturer's instructions and the relevant Malaysian Standards rather than working around them. On maintenance, we perform the full schedule on each visit even when the building owner won't notice if a step is skipped.
The result is a fire protection installation that holds up to Bomba inspection, insurance audit and — in the rare event it's needed — a real fire. That's the only metric that matters.
