Systems & equipment

Thirteen system types. Specified to the actual hazard.

From hand-portable extinguishers through clean-agent gas suppression to wet riser systems for high-rise buildings — every proposal starts from what must be protected and what cannot be damaged.

Fire alarm detection
Conventional and addressable systems with accessories that provide protected premises with the specified functions and operations.
  • Factories and production floors
  • Hotels and serviced apartments
  • Office and commercial buildings
  • Schools and education campuses
  • Healthcare and aged-care facilities
Fire extinguishers
Portable hand and wheeled units sized to the hazard. Servicing and Bomba certificate renewal for existing inventory.
  • All occupied premises (mandatory)
  • Vehicle and forklift fleets
  • Kitchens and high-heat zones
  • Server rooms and electrical rooms
  • Warehousing and storage
CO2 gas extinguishing
Gas suppression for sensitive non-occupied environments where water-based systems are not desirable. Complete with electrical panels, piping, solenoid valves and CO2 cylinders.
  • Server and switch rooms
  • Transformer and TNB rooms
  • Generator rooms
  • Flammable storage areas
  • Data centers
Clean agent / inert gas
Suppression for occupied areas — server rooms and utility stations. Agent volume sizing per room. IG55 and FM200 systems supplied and installed.
  • Server rooms (occupied use)
  • Telecommunications rooms
  • Utility and control stations
  • Archive and document rooms
  • Museum and gallery storage
Kitchen fire suppression
Wet chemical systems for cooking-fat (Class F) fires in commercial and residential kitchens. Heat detectors mounted on hoods trigger nozzle discharge directly over the cookline.
  • Restaurant and café kitchens
  • Hotel and resort kitchens
  • Hospital and school cafeterias
  • Food court tenancies
  • Catering and central kitchens
VESDA aspiration smoke detection
Laser-based very-early smoke detection apparatus with twenty years of field deployment. Continuous air sampling for environments where conventional detection is too slow.
  • Cold rooms and freezers
  • Server rooms and data halls
  • Computer rooms and clean rooms
  • Warehouses and high-bay storage
  • Heritage and high-value spaces
Fire hydrant system
Hydrants, hoses, nozzles, cabinets and accessories. Pipe rerouting, surfacing and leak repair for existing infrastructure.
  • Industrial estates
  • Commercial complexes
  • High-rise residential
  • Schools and university campuses
  • Public and government sites
Sprinkler system
Design, installation, servicing, repair and upgrade — nozzle heads, piping, flow switches, valves, pump systems and starter panels.
  • Hotels and serviced residences
  • Hospitals and aged-care
  • Shopping malls and retail
  • Storage warehouses
  • Multi-tenant office buildings
Hose reel system
Strategic accessible pressurised water supply — drums, reels, pumps, water tanks, pipework and valves. Foundational protection for occupants pre-Bomba.
  • Office and commercial buildings
  • Schools and education campuses
  • Multi-storey residential
  • Light industrial premises
  • Public buildings
Wet riser system
Pressurised water distribution to multiple building levels. Mandatory for buildings exceeding 30.5 metres. Installation, servicing, hydrostatic testing and repair.
  • High-rise residential
  • High-rise office towers
  • Hotels above 30.5 m
  • Hospitals with multi-floor wings
  • Mixed-use towers
Dry riser system
Empty rising pipe externally connected to pressurised water sources by emergency responders. Suited to buildings where a permanently charged system is impractical.
  • Mid-rise commercial buildings
  • Car parks and basements
  • Some industrial buildings
  • Buildings under retrofit
Fireman intercom
Two-way voice communication between remote handsets in the building and the master handset at the fire command centre.
  • High-rise office buildings
  • Hospitals
  • Hotels
  • Shopping malls
  • Stadiums and large public venues

Not sure which system the building actually needs?

Share the building type, occupancy and any existing systems. We respond with a sized recommendation and the rationale — no upselling, no fluff.
