Fire protection engineering

KS Engineering provides total and comprehensive fire protection systems for room, object and building protection. Solutions range from natural and chemical extinguishing agents through gas and water suppression to intelligent detection.

Each engagement starts with a risk assessment — what must be protected, what cannot be damaged, what consequences apply if the protection fails. The design follows from that brief: agent type, coverage, panel logic, pipework routing, device placement.

Installation, testing and commissioning are executed by in-house technicians. NFPA codes, Bomba requirements and the relevant Malaysian Standards are referenced and complied with throughout. The handover package includes as-built drawings, test certificates and operating instructions ready for facility records.

When to engage

For new building projects from design stage, retrofits replacing aging systems, or capacity upgrades after a building usage change. The earlier in the design phase the better — system routing affects ceiling depth, wall penetrations and electrical loads.
